This is a vintage plush velvet long dress from Top Notch in Great Britain that was styled and designed by Kriss. The dress is made of an acetate nylon and viscose blend stretch velvet with sheer polka dotted chiffon handkerchief hem panels at the bottom. The dress has a low v back and long sleeves and I would estimate it to be a modern day US size 6/8 but it can be worn tighter. This dress is in excellent condition and is ready to wear!
